Certified is an online exam preparation platform designed to help students prepare for FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification knowledge tests. The Service provides practice questions, quiz simulations, progress tracking, and study resources. Certified is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Certified offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Frontier member purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime Premium access and are non-refundable.
You agree not to use the Service to: share, distribute, or resell exam questions or content to third parties; attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the question bank; use automated tools or bots to access the Service; impersonate other users or provide false information; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Certified and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Practice questions are based on publicly available FAA Airman Knowledge Testing materials and FAA Airman Testing Handbooks, which are works of the United States Government and in the public domain. Original explanations, UI design, and software code are proprietary to Certified.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Certified does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current. Practice questions are for study purposes only and do not guarantee success on any FAA knowledge test. Always refer to official FAA publications for authoritative information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
